Throughout your initial examination, Dr. Bend will use palpation and x-rays as well as non-invasive diagnostic tools to help find the source of what ails you.
Bend Chiropractic Center accepts many insurances including Blue Shield, Aetna, Coastal TPA, Medicare and Medi-Cal and are currently accepting new patients. We also have convenient payment plans for those patients without insurance coverage.
Bend Chiropractic Center is conveniently located off Highway 1 between the Naval Postgraduate School and Lake El Estero in Monterey, California.

"Patient Appreciation Day" at Bend Chiropractic Center

Bend Chiropractic Center's Director, Dr. Richard L. Bend, Jr., will be thanking his patients and the community during his annual "Patient Appreciation Day." Since opening his doors in 2002, Dr. Bend has helped hundreds of patients with their health care needs. Now Dr. Bend would like to show his appreciation to his patients and members of the community who have contributed to his practice's growth.
Dr. Bend and his staff will offer refreshments, hold a raffle and most importantly, Dr. Bend will be providing complimentary adjustments to his current patients. In addition, Dr. Bend will be distributing certificates good for a complimentary consultation, spinal exam, two x-rays and a doctor's report of findings (valued at over $300) to current patients to give to their friends and family who would like to see if chiropractic care may be of benefit to them. If you are not a current patient, but are interested in beginning care, you are welcomed to stop by the "Patient Appreciation Day" festivities and pick up a certificate to take advantage of this generous offer!
As another way to give back to the community, Dr. Bend is asking everyone who is attending his Holiday "Patient Appreciation Day" festivities to please bring a few cans of non-perishable food items with them on December 18th. Dr. Bend will be matching the amount of food donated by patients and this collected food will be donated to the local food bank to help those less fortunate this holiday season.
